Rolling Machine Model Details The sheet rolling machine has two main types, the cylindrical and the conical rolling machines

1. CYRM Series -- Cylindrical_Rolling_Machine      Cylindrical rolling machines can be divided into three roller rolling machines and four roller rolling machines (hydraulic type) according to the number of rollers. Among them, the three roller rolling machine can be divided into mechanical symmetrical three roller rolling machines, hydraulic upper roller universal rolling machines, and hydraulic CNC rolling machines （ four roller rolling machines）. Based on the souce of power, it can be divided into mechanical and hydraulic types. Only hydraulic type has an operating system. Commonly the rolling macine has three models W11, W11S, and W12 models. Theory of work: 3 rollers Theory of work: 4 rollers W11   -- Mechanical 3 roller Specification W11 series is 3-roller symmertrical mechanical Professional sheet metal rolling machine. It is durable, easy to use and low cost. However, it has no pre-bending function, and less efficiency. W11S -- Hydraulic 3 roller Specification W11S series is hydraulic universal Professional sheet metal rolling machine with 3 rollers. Its upper roller moves not only up and down,but also left and right, driven by hydraulic power. The advantage is high precision with pre bending. It yields perfect cylindrical shape. The process of bending is controlled by digital control and with automatic compensation. It is a cost effective professional sheet metal rolling machine. W12   -- Hydraulic 4 roller Specification W12 series is CNC hydraulic four-roller plate bending machine. It is equipped with a programmable CNC system, which can store hundreds of automatic rolling data of different workpieces, realize one-key calling and one-key start. No manual operation is required, and the workpiece is rolled automatically. It not only satisfies circular automatic rolling processing, but also satisfies the automatic rolling of various arc, square, triangle, oval and other workpieces. 2. CNRM Series --Conical Rolling Machine Conical rolling Machine features:      The machine is a symmetrical plate bending machine, which rolls the sheet or plate work-piece by pressing down the upper roller and rolling up and down the upper and lower rollers. The machine is composed of two parts: the working part and the driving part on the whole welded chassis.The working part is composed of left and right roller bearing seat, one upper roller, two lower rollers, lifting screw worm gear pair and some auxiliary parts.The lower roller is an active roller. The upper roller can be adjusted up and down along the direction of height. The driving part is composed of the main motor, the main deceleration motor and other auxiliary parts.
