Control software (BTGQ) function
Special software continuously developed by us for over 10 years. Due to our outstanding experience in our core sectors we can offer a virtually unlimited variety of cutting profiles from our database .
Our machine profiling software BTGQ is based on Windows system. This enables the machine computer to be connected to a variety of network architectures and to engage in long-term data interchange with oth-er software systems.
The virtual simulation of the cutting profile after input the cutting data permits the visualization of the cutting profile. This makes it possible to eliminate cutting flaws (and hence rejects) due to faulty data input.
Automatic cutting speed control make the operation so simple & easy to anyone.
The cutting speed can be kept automatically constant even complicated contour curves according to input data for pipe diameter, wall thickness, intersection angle and bevel angle.
PIPE programming & nesting Software(v1.0) In a 3D CAD/CAM environment, the software pipe2002 developed by LINKMAN company can converts the necessary cutting data directly, including work-piece shape, bevel angle, twist angle etc. without assisting calculation or any drawing resolution. No matt-er how complexity the pipe joint is
